This event is open only to persons of Korean nationality aged 19 or older as of the registration date. Participation in this session constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these official rules, which are final and binding on all matters related to this program.

By agreeing to the session privacy consent and session terms posted on the registration site, you will apply to participate in the session. You will then complete check-in registration according to the method designated by Rextreme. If necessary, additional actions guided by Rextreme, such as downloading the Rextreme App, may be required. Additionally, depending on the situation, you may need to check in on-site in writing.
Rextreme collects and uses the following information for smooth event operation.

Rextreme Event Participation Terms (Common)
In this "Liability Release and Marketing Use Consent for Event Participation," "event" refers to all forms of events, programs, and sessions hosted by Rextreme and participated in by the participant, including travel between event venues, product tests conducted as part of the event, all activities related to the event, and the participant's own participation. By participating in this event, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following.
Participating in or attending an event implies inherent risks of accidents, personal physical injury (including death), and property loss or damage. These risks may result from the participant's own actions or inactions, actions or inactions of others, competition rules, or conditions of facilities or equipment. There may also be other risks not currently known or foreseeable. The participant has carefully considered the nature and scope of inherent risks in this event, voluntarily chooses to assume all risks, and agrees that all responsibility lies with the participant, regardless of whether the risks are caused by negligence of the Released Parties (defined below) or third parties. The participant consents to emergency medical treatment when direct witnesses at the scene determine the need for medical procedures. The participant also agrees to pay all costs related to such medical treatment and to fully release and hold harmless the Released Parties from all costs and disputes arising from medical treatment.
The participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, estate administrators, insurance companies, successors, and assigns, fully and permanently releases Sebang Battery, its affiliates and subsidiaries, D Platform and Fitculator operating Rextreme, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, subcontractors, distributors, agents, contractors, successors, assigns, guarantors, all event sponsors, staff, volunteers, and property owners or lessors related to the event (collectively, "Released Parties") from any personal injury, disability, death, or personal or property loss or damage in any way connected to the event, whether caused by negligence of some or all of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The participant grants Sebang Battery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, and copyright holders (collectively, "Rextreme") the right to process films, photos, video recordings, and/or records of the participant's image, voice, avatar, name, biological data, silhouette, body measurements, appearance, posture, and other circumstances at the event (collectively, "Records"). The participant also grants Rextreme the right to copyright registration, use, assignment or licensing for others' use, globally and permanently, in all media and any manner currently used or developed in the future, whether related to the event or not, without additional compensation, in whole or in part (or reproductions thereof). The participant declares no authority, permission, or legal rights regarding modification or recording of their name or related records. Rextreme has no obligation to use the rights granted. The participant warrants that Rextreme does not need to obtain approval from or pay costs to third parties regarding this content.
The participant grants Rextreme all rights to use any comments, feedback, and opinions shared with Rextreme for any purpose, including but not limited to development, manufacturing, promotion of products and services, creation, modification, and improvement of products and services, without notice, compensation, or approval.
In case of any dispute between the participant and the Released Parties (as defined above), the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive first-instance jurisdiction unless both parties agree to a different jurisdiction.
The participant understands that during event participation, they may be exposed to opinions, designs, discoveries, inventions, and trade secrets including developments, textile processes, innovative materials, drawings, sales and promotional strategies, sales data, biomechanical, and exercise physiology research on footwear, apparel, and equipment designs. The participant agrees that all Rextreme documents, data, and information are or will become Rextreme's property, and agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute them to third parties without Rextreme's prior written consent.
The participant understands that general insurance is prepared or enrolled through a Rextreme agency, and confirms that any health, life, travel, injury, or property damage related to injury or loss caused by the participant's negligence during event participation will be processed according to the coverage and compensation standards of the enrolled insurance.

Consent to Use of Publicity Rights
*This applies only when participants voluntarily participate in photo and video shooting through Rextreme events and such recordings are used for Rextreme event promotion and marketing, through which participants provide consent for use of their publicity rights to Rextreme.
Photos and videos photographed, recorded, and filmed at this event may be used for Rextreme event-related promotion and marketing. However, participants' portrait and name rights (collectively, "Publicity Rights") will not be provided to third parties other than Rextreme's information processing trustees and partner companies listed below, and will be strictly managed to be used only for event-related promotional activities on platforms and SNS accounts directly owned or managed by Rextreme and partner channels authorized by Rextreme.
All disputes, claims, and lawsuits arising in connection with this event must be resolved individually by the applicant, and Rextreme is released from liability for any claims, amounts, expenses, damages, or costs (including litigation costs and related legal and attorney fees) arising therefrom.
All matters regarding the interpretation, validity, and rights and obligations of participants under these terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
