Registration

Consists of men's and women's individual competitions.

Complete all 6 Extreme Stages in order and

measure your completion time.

Consists of 3 people of the same gender per team.

Each team member completes two of the 6 Extreme Stages,

dividing roles freely.

Consists of 4 people per team: 2 men and 2 women.

Female participants complete Extreme 1 and 5, one each.

Male participants complete the remaining Extreme Stages,

dividing two stages each freely.
