Each Stage symbolizes the core performance of 'Rocket Battery' - explosive power and the longest-lasting endurance.

EXTREME 1Rowing 1,500m

The beginning of all races. The first test to kick-start the stamina needed for the race.

EXTREME 2One-arm DB Ground to Overhead 50 reps

Engine ignition. A pure power test section showing the 'surge' of energy that breaks through limits.

EXTREME 3Sandbag Shuttle Run

Repetitive energy charging and discharging. Prove your battery's efficiency in extreme conditions.

EXTREME 4Medicine Ball Over & Half Burpee

The heart of the race. Rextreme's signature section pushing cardio and strength to their limits.

EXTREME 5SkiErg 2,000m

The last 1% of endurance. Prove your 'long-lasting' battery's performance with a body pushed to its limits.

EXTREME 6Burpee Box Jump 30 reps

Last Explosion. The finish line where you launch all remaining energy like a rocket.
